1. Contact us and ask for a service renewal on your
currently-functioning Crown Transmitter. It may be extra for those
transmitters that have: a: fallen off a
tall building, or b: had an
intimate encounter with a fire, flood or earthquake. In other
words, it should be in at least recognizable condition and operational.
2. Set up a time to send in and arrange for a back up transmitter
if necessary.
3. Decide if there are any other performance enhancements you would
like while it is in being renewed (i.e. Crown/Omnia Audio processor,
Signal Clear, Power upgrade etc.)
4. Send it in, sit back and relax.
5. Your Crown Transmitter will arrive at our facility and go
through an extensive pretest and comprehensive examination. If
anything is found that will be of extra cost, we will contact you and
let you choose what to do. If you choose to not have the renewal
done, we will still clean the unit and ship it back.
