Control and monitoring

A ROAMS (Remote Off-Air Monitoring System) monitors and reports system status. In addition, a microprocessor-based interface, controls the system and monitors power output, VSWR, power amplifier voltage and current, audio input level, deviation, primary ac voltages and other critical parameters. Fault sensing initiates automatic switching of the transmitters.

Primary power  Requires two, 120 or 240 volt ac circuits
Telephone lines

One leased-line for audio program, one dial-up line for monitoring and control. Touch tone telephone required.
